The urbanization
Casa Solvino is located in a luxurious, safe and neat urbanization where young and old will find something to their liking! Swimming pool, padel court, mini golf, playground, beautiful flower wall, fountains,... are included and available free of charge during your stay! The daily gardener ensures that everything remains neat and safe! The key manager/handyman and the owner live nearby; so you can always count on them for quick answers and solutions to questions/problems!

The penthouse
Casa Solvino can be reached through the entrance gate that opens with the access code and then you take the entrance staircase that takes you straight to the living room where you can enjoy all the television programs on the available flat screen/smart-TV. Those who prefer to stream can do so thanks to the stable and strong internet connection and smart TV. Or would you rather spend a few hours on the terrace in front of the house with a good book and a glass of wine? The choice is yours! The fully equipped kitchen is available for every small or big hunger; at least you can find all the necessary cooking utensils there! We also ensure that you can enjoy a fresh drink and snack on arrival! The two spacious bedrooms with private bathroom, toilet, shower and built-in cupboards grant you every comfort, privacy and of course a well-deserved night's rest. If you want to lower the warm Spanish climate a few degrees, you can use the built-in/central air conditioning throughout the house, which makes both the bedrooms and the living room pleasantly fresh in no time. For the winter visitors there is of course also central heating that brings solace in the cooler evenings. Insects stay out thanks to the mosquito windows that are provided in every window! Via the stairs to the roof terrace you can enjoy a large sun terrace where you can sunbathe in the lounge set or sun loungers; (the sun blinds can be arranged as desired for those who need some shade), can have a nice dinner or simply enjoy the beautiful distant views such as the sea, the salt lakes, the mountains, the swimming pool, etc... For whom If you urgently need a refreshing shower, the outdoor shower is available! Don't carry large suitcases of clothes; the washing machine with washing products and fabric softener are at your disposal free of charge! Bed and bath linen is also provided and you do not need to bring it with you. In each bathroom you will also find a hairdryer and shampoo/shower gel. Above all, feel at home and enjoy the sun and life!

Spain is known for its tasty, tasteful and Mediterranean cuisine! When you book, you will receive a detailed information brochure with various recommendations in the area! Be overwhelmed by the many tasty restaurants; often the prices are so attractive that you can/want/will eat out every day!

Mobility
Make use of the public transport that stops right outside the door and takes you to the various beaches in minutes or use the always available reliable taxis! Prefer a car available? Ask about our interesting possibilities! You can park safely in the personally reserved underground parking space (on demand)!
