- No large pets allowed.
- No smoking indoors; Ashtrays are provided on both the roof terrace and the front terrace
- Supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and shops around the corner
- Public transport stops in front of the door
- On demand: you can park your (rental) car underground and safely in the private parking lot (H. max 2m15!)
- Car seats and table-chair for children, baby-cot with linen, buggy, etc... available on request
